For corporate bookings

Payment terms

For engagements $5,000+GST and under, we will invoice on completion of the engagement.

For engagement greater than $5,000+GST, we require 50% deposit upfront, and 50% on completion of the engagement.

Some engagements may also require milestone payments, where applicable. 

We require payment 14-days from the invoiced date on all engagements.


Cancellation made by the client within 14-days of the scheduled delivery date will occur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made by the client outside of 14-days will occur no fee.


If the agreed date of an in-person or online workshop is changed by the client within 7-days of the scheduled delivery date, there will be a 10% postponement fee incurred on the final invoice.

Changes due to social distancing restrictions

Where a scheduled in-person workshop delivery is no longer an option due to social distancing restrictions, you have the option of:

  1. Moving to an online format, where appropriate, for the same fee structure
  2. Postponing the workshop delivery to a later date at no cost
  3. Cancelling the workshop delivery, and receiving a full refund

Public Workshops

Cancellations and postponements

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs up to two days prior to the program date due to low enrolments or circumstances beyond our control – the program will be rescheduled at a later date, should you not be able to attend a full refund will be provided.


You can request a refund within 48-hour of the comments of an event or workshop.

Online Self-Paced Courses

You are entitled to a full refund within 7-days of purchase, regardless of reason for all online self-paced courses.
