What's covered in this Skillgym?

Spot the key trends, anticipate what's coming, and prepare for the future. Futures thinking is not about predicting the future - it's about understanding the driving forces that will shape the years ahead, and preparing yourself and your team to thrive in whatever future you arrive in.

In this bootcamp, you'll learn how to use the core skills of a Futures Thinker to identify the key trends affecting your industry and ecosystem, plot the scenarios that are most likely to arise, and decide on the key actions you can take now to get ready for the future. You'll leave with a new set of skills and tools to apply in your workplace, having taken your first step towards becoming a Futures Thinker.
