Personas can be powerful tools for building empathy for your customers and understanding their needs. However, too often these personas are created and then sit on a wall, and aren't used to help you make better decisions about how to meet those customer needs. In this SkillGym workout, we're going to work together to craft some practical customer personas and talk about how they be harnessed to help you better engage with your users.

We'll be exploring:
- How to move beyond your assumptions about your customers
- Creating personas based on behaviours, not demographics
- When and how personas should be used
