What's covered in this Skillgym?

In this SkillGym workout, we'll be exploring the importance of rapid prototyping as businesses respond to the COVID-19 situation. With distancing measures and shutdowns in place across the country, business are faced with the challenge of rapidly adapting their business models, from restaurants shifting to takeaway through to educators moving their learning online.

In times of uncertainty like these the path ahead is never clear, so we need to design prototypes that allow us to experiment our way forward. In this session we'll explore some applicable tools for identifying new opportunities and crafting experiments with clear success criteria, to help you navigate the chaos and create new value in the process!
